Management and supply chain system specifically designed for small and medium fashion businesses. This comprehensive system centralizes all fashion-related processes, including design to production, while also offering reliable fabric suppliers and automation services. The goal is to ensure that expectations are met with quality and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Overview
The COVID-19 pandemic halted mobility, forcing fashion businesses to adapt or face failure. Although productivity-enhancing products emerged, they failed to meet fashion designers' specific requirements, causing initial stagnation in the industry.
What Did I Contribute To This Project?
I independently handled the entire design process, from initial research and sketching to strategy, and UI design for final deliverables. Additionally, I took charge of creating style guides and prototypes. Graphic design.
Challenge
Communication gaps hinder material sourcing and stakeholder communication in fashion design stages. Designers lack access to professionals who can assist with logistics, causing lingering issues and frustrations.

The objective of this feature is to bridge the gap between designers and trusted manufacturers and production factories. It facilitates seamless communication among stakeholders and ensures accurate project management. By bringing these key players closer together, this solution enhances collaboration and streamlines the entire production process.
